Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

A shorter version of the 8-week MBSR programme introduces participants to all mindfulness attitudes helping them develop a regular mindfulness practice. This programme explores various ways of practising mindfulness and encourages participants to adopt these in their daily life.
