I created The Growth Mindset Club because I believe success shouldn’t come at the expense of wellbeing.

After working in programme management and experiencing firsthand the pressures that many professionals face, I became passionate about creating spaces where people can slow down, think clearly and support one another while pursuing ambitious goals.

Today, I bring together my experience in programme leadership, facilitation and wellbeing practices to help individuals and organisations build resilience, meaningful relationships and sustainable ways of working.

When I moved to the UK from Australia, the challenges of starting over helped me reconnect with my passion for movement. What began years earlier in pilates classes took on new meaning. Movement was no longer just a release. It became a way to feel stronger, more confident and kinder to myself, and I wanted to help others feel the same.

Meeting Tereza, I learned it is ok to slow down and be present with my thoughts. We instantly connected on our values and now work together to help others break through the myths and mental limits that hold them back. I am a pilates instructor and movement facilitator with a focus on helping people and teams build balance, clarity and authentic connection in their lives and work.
