Workshops
Our workshops introduce mindfulness and growth mindset as practical tools for wellbeing and performance in high-pressure environments. Through evidence-based techniques and guided exercises, participants learn to manage stress, reframe setbacks and build resilience. Each session blends reflection with action, leaving teams with strategies they can apply immediately to restore balance, strengthen confidence and approach challenges with clarity and purpose.
Location: In person / online
Duration: 60–90 minutes
What to Expect: Mindfulness practice, accessible movement, breathing exercises, visualisation, guided reflection and group discussion.
Teambuilding
Our team building sessions give teams the chance to step away from the day-to-day and reconnect with balance, clarity and authentic collaboration. They are designed to reduce stress, spark creativity and strengthen the bonds that drive long-term performance.
Location: Confirmed with your team’s preferences
Duration: 4 hours
What to Expect: Inclusive movement, mindfulness practices, guided group work and reflection, space for team-led discussion and creative ideas, restorative release session (sauna and plunge or sound healing), with outdoor activity included where possible.


Retreats
Our retreats are a full day away from the demands of work, designed for deep relaxation, reflection and authentic connection. Set in nature-rich locations, each retreat combines movement, mindfulness and outdoor activity to restore balance and inspire clarity.
Location: Nature-based venue, confirmed with your team’s preferences
Duration: 1 full day
What to Expect: Movement and mindfulness practices, guided group work, extended time for reflection and discussion, space for team-led ideas and breakthroughs, restorative release session (sauna and plunge or sound healing), and time spent outdoors in nature.
